I started DadWork as an Instagram account in 2020. I had made a ton of progress becoming a better man, husband, and father, and I figured other dads could benefit from what I learned.

Along the way, it developed into a business. I ran men’s groups, sold courses, did 1:1 coaching, ran workshops, and eventually launched a high-ticket group coaching offer.

I published 170 episodes of the DadWork Podcast, getting 270k+ downloads. The podcast was a major catalyst for being able to successfully sell a high-ticket group coaching program.

95% of my clients were podcast listeners, and those sales calls were so easy.

MULTIPLE times I’d get on the phone and my potential client would say,

“I can’t believe I’m actually talking to you!”

Because running a good podcast gives you celebrity-like status to someone who spends hours every month with your voice in their ear.

I’m convinced podcasting is THE best way to build relationships at scale, and is an absolute necessity in 2025 and beyond because trust and nurture is not built in 30s clips on Instagram.

To truly connect, and to tip the scales in your favor so a lead picks you instead of a competitor, you need a high-quality, consistent podcast.
