Who We Are

When your assistant is overwhelmed and it doesn’t make sense to hire another full time team member, but you still need high quality, regularly scheduled podcasts, let’s talk. Curt has been a coach and podcaster for the last few years and gets what you’re going through and what you need.

I know what it’s like to try to train your assistant to “get” your voice and what you’re trying to accomplish. It’s often hard to get that creative branding that captures your voice and message. We have the basics down, but you can ALSO rest easy knowing we “get” you and your market.

I was annoyed with podcasting more than a few times, all because it was becoming such a hassle to keep up the editing, reel creation, logistics, etc. That’s why we set this up so you hit record, and we do the rest.

God first

I know some people think it’s harder to work with other Christians, but I just couldn’t imagine starting a business where we were helping to spread a message antithetical to God…so for better or worse, we put God first and try to glorify Him in our work and interactions with our clients.

The right balance

There are other post-production and editing companies out there, but it’s an annoyingly convoluted space. Want show notes? Oh suddenly the price they advertised is now doubled. You want quality? Oh that’s actually the “professional” tier that takes 3x as long and costs more. We do everything you could possibly need at a fair price.

I started DadWork as an Instagram account in 2020. I had made a ton of progress becoming a better man, husband, and father, and I figured other dads could benefit from what I learned.

Along the way, it developed into a business. I ran men’s groups, sold courses, did 1:1 coaching, ran workshops, and eventually launched a high-ticket group coaching offer.

I published 170 episodes of the DadWork Podcast, getting 270k+ downloads. The podcast was a major catalyst for being able to successfully sell a high-ticket group coaching program.

In 2022 I became a Christian, which transformed the entire project.

In mid-2023, despite saving marriages and changing lives, and despite hitting $50,000+ months earlier in the year, God made it abundantly clear that He was calling me away from DadWork.

I fought it for 6 months, but ultimately, “There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the LORD.” (Proverbs 21:30)

This felt completely nonsensical, and honestly still does at times. But, He’s opened up a path to serve other Christian coaches and entrepreneurs with the tools and processes we developed for the DadWork Podcast.

God was gracious and provided a few clients immediately, and now we seek to glorify Him as we carefully curate our client’s shows and seek new clients to serve.
